Dear Mrs. Adela Raele,
It is a pleasure for me to express you my recognition for the excellent results were got in the entrusted tasks. From the very beginning it has been an important challenge to face up the labour paradigms and accept the methods offered by the virtual assistance in place of the few responses given by the cultural and social parameters. The only way was to be confident and no more and no less. It hasn´t been easy and we had to learn to negotiate and to increase the mutual confidence and it proved to be a successful management for six months we were able to construct. Nowadays I observe it with a retrospective look and it appears as simple and normal, and then I ask myself why so much fear, if the only thing was to be confident of. I thank you for the opportunity to be in contact with your professional skills, to participate in a new way to get our goals and your compromise to show us the existence of an ethic code. Finally, I express you my deep respect for the Virtual Assistants, a site unknown by me and today I recommend to trust in their silent wisdom to assist the challenges of the new Management.
